Here is just one random example of how exciting it has been around our house lately..Yesterday's high point was trying out this new gadget: a professional apple peeler..
It peels, slices AND cores your apple, all you have to do is place the apple correctly on the metal prong, and crank her up..!
You end up with a really cool apple coil, as Nico demonstrates here:
Since the boys often complain about eating apples with the peel, and I'm usually too lazy to peel them..I think this new tool is going to be everyone's best friend around here !

That is a lazy-mom dinner of chicken nuggets and tater-tot balls..(the apple was to help make it a "balanced meal" ! :)
