Spring has sprung..

Our exterior is going to need some work this season! Between a damaged fence, loose patio tiles, paint-peeling garage door, and a front yard that just looks sad no matter what I do to it, I am trying not to get discouraged! But to focus on the bright side of things, Nico got down on all fours the other day and took this series of lovely nature close-ups...

It's been so wet this week, I didn't have the courage to hide eggs outdoors. But I tried to make up for it with a nice, marinated leg of lamb, roasted potatoes, red wine (OK that was for the grownups)..

A nice little improvised dessert..

And of course some luscious dark chocolate eggs complete with "indoor" rabbit!
